We are so confident that you will really like our goods and the low prices. To boost your confidence more in our products we are extending our guarantee of buyback for any approved item at 80% of the sale price. The 20% charges which will be deducted are for restocking, relisting, credit card charges and various other expenses associated with the basic cost of doing a business.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
Affordable Creations is dedicated to our customer service and providing the most positive auction experience for all of our winners. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact [email protected] to request a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your prefered channel of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using an insured courier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. Affordable Creations, is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Each Affordable Creations creation is packaged with care once you have won the lot. Please allow between 3 days to a week on top of shipping for your jewelry to arrive. Most orders are ready to ship within 2-3 days of auction end date, but some require additional information. We will contact you incase of any additional requirement.
We ship packages via our shipping partners Chitchat, Fedex, UPS and DHL. We ship insured packages only via Fedex. To qualify for free insured shipping, package value should be more than 800 USD. If you want insured shipping irrespective of the value, please contact us within 24 hours on receipt of email regarding winning a lot. Please note insured shipping for package value less than 800 USD will incure additional cost based on quoatation from the shipping partners.
We offer free shipping on package value over 200 USD, and standard shipping charge is 15 USD. We ship worldwide with same price structure.
All Affordable Creations pieces are 18KT gold plated sterling silver and it is important to us that any jewelry purchased through Flacajewelry.com maintains it's high quality throughout the years.
We recommend cleaning as often as needed using a polishing cloth or a soft cotton cloth on any metal parts to reduce tarnish. Please keep in mind, due to personal pH levels of peoples' skin and the frequency of wear, some jewelry may tarnish more quickly for some. Since exposure to air can also oxidize jewelry, we recommend storing jewelry in an air tight pouch, rather than keeping it exposed to air.
Affordable Creations uses a heavy gold plating, but over time, and frequency of wear, this plating may begin to fade. If necessary, your first re-plate is complimentary. Any additional plating services that may need to be maintained will incur a $20 fee in addition to shipping.
Please try to avoid over-exposing the jewelry to water and sunlight. We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, etc.
